Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device — computer, tablet, or phone — when you visit. They are widely used to help sites work as intended, to remember your choices, and to give website owners a picture of how their site is being used.
Cookies do not contain personal details such as your name or payment information. They hold small pieces of information, such as a reference number or a preference setting, that help a site recognise your browser on a return visit.
Some cookies are placed directly by us (first-party cookies). Others are set by third-party services we use — for example, analytics providers. You can find more about those in Section 3 below.
2. Cookies We Use
We use four categories of cookies. Essential cookies are always active; the others are optional and subject to your preferences.
Essential Cookies
Always ActiveThese cookies are necessary for the website to function. They include things like remembering your cookie preferences and basic security functions. They cannot be switched off.
Examples: session state, cookie consent record · Duration: session or up to 12 months
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors move through the site — which pages are visited most, where visitors arrive from, and where they leave. The information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. It helps us improve the site.
Examples: Google Analytics page views, session length · Duration: up to 24 months
Marketing Cookies
These cookies may be set by advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show relevant content on other websites. Disabling them does not stop advertising; it means it will be less tailored to you.
Examples: ad network identifiers, retargeting pixels · Duration: up to 12 months
Preference Cookies
These remember choices you make — such as language or region — so the site can offer a more personalised experience on future visits. Without them, certain preferences may need to be reset each visit.
Examples: language setting, display preferences · Duration: up to 12 months
Your Cookie Preferences
Use the toggles above to choose which optional cookies you accept, then save your preferences. You may change your mind at any time by returning to this page.
Your preferences have been saved.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on this site are placed by third parties whose services we use. We do not control these cookies directly. The main third-party services that may set cookies include:
- Google Analytics — for anonymous usage statistics. Google's privacy policy can be found at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Maps — if you interact with the embedded map on our contact page, Google may set cookies. This is governed by Google's own cookie policy.
- Social media platforms — if this site links to social platforms and you choose to engage with those links, their cookies may apply.
4. Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two duration categories:
- Session cookies — these exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted when you close your browser and are used for things like maintaining a login state within a single visit.
- Persistent cookies — these remain on your device after you close your browser, up to a defined expiry date. They are used to remember preferences or to help analytics tools recognise returning visitors. The cookies on this site expire between 30 days and 24 months, depending on their purpose.
5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
In addition to using this page, most browsers allow you to manage cookie settings directly. Below are instructions for the most common browsers. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.
Google Chrome
To manage cookies in Chrome: open Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data. From there you can block all cookies, allow all cookies, or block third-party cookies only. To delete existing cookies, go to Privacy and security → Clear browsing data and check "Cookies and other site data".
For site-specific settings, click the padlock icon in the address bar while on a site and choose Cookies and site data.
Mozilla Firefox
In Firefox: go to Settings → Privacy & Security. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, you can choose Standard, Strict, or Custom protection levels. To delete cookies, scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
For individual site exceptions, click the shield icon in the address bar while visiting a site.
Apple Safari
On a Mac: open Safari → Settings (or Preferences) → Privacy. You can block all cookies or block cross-site tracking cookies. To remove stored cookies, click Manage Website Data.
On iPhone or iPad: go to Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security, then toggle Block All Cookies or Prevent Cross-Site Tracking as preferred.
Microsoft Edge
In Edge: go to Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data. You can block third-party cookies, allow all cookies, or clear all cookies. Edge also has a Tracking prevention section under Privacy, search, and services.
To remove cookies for a specific site, click the padlock icon in the address bar and select Cookies.
Mobile Browsers
Mobile browser settings vary by device and app. In general: for Chrome on Android, open the browser menu and go to Settings → Site settings → Cookies. For Safari on iOS, see the Safari instructions above. For Samsung Internet, go to the menu, then Settings → Privacy and security. Most mobile browsers offer similar options to their desktop counterparts.
6. Your Rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time. You can do this by adjusting the toggles on this page or clearing cookies directly in your browser settings.
Withdrawing consent does not affect anything that was done while consent was in place. Please be aware that disabling certain optional cookies may reduce the quality of your experience — for example, some preference settings may not be remembered between visits.
You also have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you and to request corrections or deletion. For questions about cookies or your data more broadly, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or to comply with updated legal requirements. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
